Co-founded RCB in 2019 with Coach Brandon White. Currently an assistant coach at Williams Jessup University as they transition to NCAA D2 for the 24-25 season.
Previously was the head coach at Del Campo High School and Casa Roble High School. Assistant coach at Newark Memorial High School from 2005-2012 and 2014-2018. Helping 45 student athletes advance to college along with 10 D1 players
Played 2 years varsity at Newark Memorial named All-League both years and All-Metro senior year. Helped team to a 32-1 record with a League, Section, and Nor-Cal Championship.
Following high school, Erickson played at Ohlone College with Coach White. Played 2 years winning one Coast Conference Championship and advancing to the Sweet 16 of the Juco Tournament each year.
When not coaching, Erickson loves spending time and coaching his daughter, Elle (8 years old) softball, soccer and basketball teams. You will see her in the stands at Jessup games and on the bench as our stat girl during RCB games.
